Why to downgrade the Acrobat Application on Windows or MAC ?
If you are facing issues that are causing the following to happen to your Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard DC and they are not fixed with re-installation of the Acrobat application :

Steps to Uninstall Acrobat
- After the uninstall is complete, you have to select the version that you require and if you are not sure check the number of the latest version from the below link and use the last Major Continuos Release.
- For example at the time of writing this blog the latest version is DC Jul 2024 (24.002.20933) that was released on Jul 15,2024.
- We would scroll down and choose the last major update DC Feb 2024 (23.008.20533) that was released on Feb 13,2024.

3. After choosing the version, now choose the file to download according to your operating system and product type.
4. Download the file and run the installer to install the specific version.
5. Open the Acrobat application sign in and then Go to Edit - Preferences - Updater and change the option to "Do not download or install updates automatically". So that the application does not update
